Hi I'm Kate. I'm 22 years old, I have over 8 years experience with kids of all ages, and I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and child advocacy. Kaitlyn has been great with our 3 year old as a child sitter. I really appreciate her background and knowledge in child development and how she integrates it into her interactions with our daughter. She is engaging, fun, and creative in terms of spending time with our child thorough arts and crafts, physical movement, and having conversations. She is also comfortable and competent in preparing basic snacks, taking our daughter to the bathroom when needed and supporting her to be more independent in potty learning.
