Hello, my name is Natalie and i love working with children as i love to have fun! I enjoy watching them learn and grow. They’re so much smarter than we think. As much as i love teaching children new things i cherish all that i learn from each child . I’ve been babysitting/ nannying my whole life. I’ve had a lot of siblings growing up that i looked out for, as they got older i started to babysit at home then branched out to nannying. I then became a pediatric HHA and an adult DSP. I am currently working as a DSP twice a week (thurs & sun 3-11pm) and am substitute HHA where i still pick up shifts if i have the time. These positions have given me experience with many different disabilities both physical and mental in all ages. If i were to find an amazing fit i Read more would consider leaving my part time DSP position. I have experience and am comfortable with cooking/ meal prep , cleaning , bath and bed time , administering medications ( pets as well ), helping where is needed. I also have experience with up to 1:6 ratio and am still comfortable with multiples however I’d like to stick to 4 and below for daily care so i can assure each child is getting as much attention as they need. I am also comfortable going out in the community to do things such as play at the park , go shopping , theme parks/pools , doctors appointments etc. More about myself. I prefer to be outdoors. I love finding quartz at the creek , paddle boarding, anything that involves being outside. I enjoy painting and doing crafts. I love all animals, cats and cows are my favorite. I’d consider myself more on the Montessori/ crunchy side but i absolutely do not judge however you choose to raise your child/children. Being a parent is hard and i believe you know what’s best for them. I will go about my care however you would like. I am CPR certified for adults & infants. As well as medication trained. I also have all my clearances, fingerprints, background checks etc. I’m also comfortable using things such as wheelchairs, MAFOS , hoyer lifts , etc, And can drive and operate handicap vans and their lifts. I have experience with bathing ages newborn - 70 . I’ve worked with different types of diets and have been around gtubes. I can also communicate with nonverbal individuals. I am open to finding a full time/ long term position
