Hi! I'm Katie, a dependable and compassionate caregiver with several years of experience working with children, including nannying and caring for children with special needs. I currently work full-time in child welfare and have a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies. I will also begin a Master of Social Work program in Spring 2027. My professional background has strengthened my skills in communication, patience, safety awareness, organization, and responding calmly to challenging situations. I enjoy creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I'm happy to assist with activities, meals, bedtime routines, light housekeeping, and homework. I'm primarily available during evenings and weekends. I'm also an animal lover with three dogs of my own, so I'm very comfortable caring for families with pets. I would love the opportunity to learn more about your family and how I can help!
