I love being a sitter because I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. Spending time with my niece over the past nearly two years has shown me how rewarding it is to build trust, encourage development, and create a safe, fun environment where kids can thrive. I value building trust with kids and parents alike and strive to make every child feel heard, supported, and encouraged. I’ve cared for my niece since she was 4 months old, now 23 months, managing routines, meals, play, and early learning activities. I also support students as a TRiO Ambassador at my school, Rutgers, and have worked with families in a public setting during my time as a Games Operator at Morey’s Piers, where I interacted with children of all ages. I bring strong communication, patience, and organization skills, as well as experience in behavior observation and emotional support.
