Hi, I'm Kay! I'm a reliable, caring, and patient babysitter who loves creating a fun and safe environment for children. I have several years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, including children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I helped children develop communication, social, and daily living skills through positive encouragement and engaging activities. I currently work as a Behavioral Health Technician on a Crisis Response Team, which has strengthened my ability to stay calm, communicate effectively, and prioritize safety in any situation. I'm currently completing my bachelor's degree in Psychology and will graduate next month. My education and professional experience have given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and the importance of creating a supportive environment where children feel comfortable and valued. I'm also CPR certified and plan to continue my Read more education in speech-language pathology because I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow.
