Hey there, I’m a trained scientist, yoga practitioner, and have strong interest in helping families cultivate holistic living. My name is Isabella Depina, I grew up in a large family (13+ siblings) and a handful of nieces/nephew ranging from toddlers to mid teen ; that’s all to say, I have a lot exposure around children and teens.
