I am a 20 year old full-time second-year nursing student at Missouri State University with several years of hands-on childcare experience. I have volunteered as a babysitter for family members and friends and have lived with and helped care for my niece since birth; she is now two years old. I am experienced in infant care, including feeding, diapering, burping, and establishing nap and sleep routines, and I am comfortable and enthusiastic working with toddlers and older children through creative, age-appropriate activities. While this would be my first formal childcare position, I bring three years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a dependable work ethic. I am First Aid and CPR trained (not currently certified), have reliable transportation, and am seeking a part-time babysitting or nanny position with some flexibility around my academic schedule.
