I have several years of experience working with children in both educational and home settings. Before becoming an au pair, I worked for 3 years as a kindergarten teacher’s assistant, supporting children ages 1–7 in their learning, development, and daily routines. Since then, I have worked as an au pair in several countries. In the United States, I cared for three children aged 2, 4, and 6. In Belgium, I looked after two girls aged 6 and 8, and in the Netherlands, I cared for one girl aged 9. I am currently back in the U.S., where I take care of two children aged 6 and 11. While working as an au pair in Europe, I also helped with household tasks such as grocery shopping, cleaning, preparing meals, running errands, and caring for family pets.
