Being a sitter lets me support children as they grow, explore, and learn through play, which is something that genuinely makes me happy. I love building trusting relationships where kids feel safe, understood, and excited to be themselves. I have hands-on experience as a student teacher at Community Preschool, actively supervising children ages 2½–5, guiding conflict resolution, and planning engaging activities. I also volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a big sister, providing one-on-one mentoring, comfort, and care. My Early Childhood Education program at Region 10 prepared me to work professionally with children ages 0–8, and I hold CPR certification, MRTQ 6-hour Health and Safety Training, and DHHS Mandated Reporter training. Families can count on my strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills to keep their children safe, supported, and having fun.
