I love being a sitter because caring for children has always been a big part of my life. As a parent of three and a grandparent, I truly enjoy helping kids feel safe, supported, and happy. I find it rewarding to be part of their growth, whether that’s through play, learning, or simply providing a dependable and nurturing environment. I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children of different ages. I currently help care for my 2-year-old grandson, and I’ve also worked in a daycare/preschool setting where I supported daily routines, learning activities, and supervision. In addition, I work with the school district as a health aide substitute and a parent liaison, which has given me experience supporting children’s health needs, communicating with families, and working in a structured educational environment. My skills include strong communication, patience, and the ability to stay calm and attentive in any situation. I’m reliable, Read more organized, and understand the importance of safety and consistency. My background in both childcare and school settings has given me the training and confidence to handle a variety of situations while making sure children feel cared for and comfortable.
