Hi! I’m Mackenzie, I’m 30 years old and live in Columbus. I work full-time as a Quality & Training Manager and graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Communications. I have 17+ years of childcare experience, starting when I was 13, and I’m CPR & First Aid certified. I’ve cared for children of all ages and have experience managing busy households with up to five children at once, including three under the age of 5 and multiple sets of twin toddlers. My approach to childcare is centered around making kids feel heard, understood, safe, and supported. I love getting creative with crafts, building forts, imaginative play, reading, and spending time outdoors rather than relying on screens. My husband and I recently bought our first home that we’re renovating, so I’m looking to pick up some extra babysitting in the evenings and on weekends.
