I am a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with professional experience working with young children in both educational and church settings. I previously worked in an Extended School Program (ESP), where I supported kindergarten students and then continued with the same group as they advanced into first grade for an entire year. This experience allowed me to build strong relationships with children while supporting their academic, social, and behavioral development in a structured environment. In addition to my professional background, I serve as the servant leader over the Pre-K room at my church and actively work hands-on with the children each week. Through this role, I help create a safe, loving, and faith-centered environment where children feel valued, encouraged, and supported. My training as an RBT has strengthened my ability to remain patient, attentive, and calm while meeting each child’s individual needs. I am passionate about caring for children with compassion, Read more responsibility, and joy, and I strive to treat every child as if they were my own while partnering with families to provide trustworthy and nurturing care.
