Iris is a warm, patient and extremely thoughtful caregiver. We are so sad to lose her to a relocation and only wish that another family can benefit from her kindness and generosity of time and thought. My daughter will forever hold "Iris-mommy" close to her heart and she will be an asset to any family. She was our nanny and part time house manager and I was truly able to delegate all the tasks to her with limited/no supervision which was critical for me at that point (busy and stressful job). She handled each "crisis", pivot in schedule, changes with grace, calm and ease. She is also highly attentive and very focused on the child and shared common values and philosophy on gentle parenting/caregiving. Giant bonus - she is a phenomenal cook (dare I say chef) and has coaxed my some what picky eater to try new flavors and dishes that I am forever grateful for. Truly a gem of a human who strives to make the world a better place!
