💛Allow me to properly introduce myself! 💛 My name is Dyamond Harris, and I’m from New Roads, Louisiana. I’m so excited to introduce myself as the founder of Unique Sitters, a respite and sitting company created to provide compassionate, dependable support to individuals with autism and their families. While I’m new to the world of business ownership, I am far from new to the autism community. I have two older siblings with autism, and they are the heart and inspiration behind why I started Unique Sitters. Through my personal experiences, I’ve learned that every individual is unique and deserves patience, understanding, compassion, encouragement, and genuine care. At Unique Sitters, I provide sitting and respite services for children, adults, and elderly individuals diagnosed with autism. My goal is to do more than simply provide supervision. I strive to understand, nurture, encourage, and inspire every individual in my care while giving families Read more the peace of mind of knowing their loved one is in caring and dependable hands. Starting this company is more than a business to me—it’s a purpose close to my heart. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and positive experience for the individuals we serve while giving families the support they deserve. If you or someone you know is looking for compassionate respite or sitting support, I would love the opportunity to connect with you, answer any questions, and share more about how Unique Sitters can support your family. Thank you for supporting me and this new journey!
