Hello! My name is Mikayla Warner. I have been working with kids my whole life but started actually getting paid for it when I was 15. Growing up with 3 younger siblings, I learned from a young age how to navigate through many different situations. I have 3 Associate Degrees in Criminal Justice, Occupational Studies, and Liberal Arts. I'm 25 years old & married, and while I don't have any kids of my own yet, my husband's family is quite large so I have over 20 nieces and nephews ranging from all ages. I have built individual bonds and gained trust with each of them, including the ones who were older (9-14) and love each as if they are my own. We hired Mikalya in May 2026 to watch our then 4 month old 3 days a week in a nanny share with another family with an 8 month old until we got our spot in daycare. It has been a great experience. Working remotely, I have had the opportunity to observe her skills firsthand. She has been proficient in figuring out and balancing both baby's schedules and needs and soothes two crying babies like a pro. She is communicative, reliable, and punctual. We plan to retain her as a babysitter after we start daycare.
