I’m Tia, a recent George Washington University graduate in International Business with over 10 years of paid childcare experience and the oldest of four siblings, so caring for kids has always come naturally to me. I’ve worked with children of all ages and understand the importance of creating a safe environment and fun memories with the kids I care for! I’ve traveled to over 60 countries, which has made me comfortable with connecting with families from different backgrounds. I also love exercise and staying active, so I’m always happy to keep kids engaged with outdoor play, sports, walks, dance parties, etc. As a former Teaching Assistant (TA) at GWU and volunteer English as an Additional Language Teacher for Loudoun Literacy Council, I can help with tutoring and/or homework for all ages. Tia did a great job with our six month old. She was very attentive and comforting. He was happy to see her when she returned and sad when she left. She was also communicative and punctual.

Tia took care of our 2 month old for 3 days and was wonderful! She was always on time and usually early. She cleaned up after herself and left the house better than she found it. She followed our preferences for care and updated us throughout the day with pictures. Would recommend!

We can’t recommend Tia highly enough! She babysat our son for three days and was wonderful from start to finish. She showed up prompt and ready every single day, which made our mornings so much easier. Most importantly, she was fantastic with our little one, patient, attentive, and engaged with him the whole time. He clearly adored her. It’s such a relief to find someone trustworthy and reliable, and we’d happily have her back anytime.
