Hello! My name is Neleya, and I’m a caring, dependable, and patient childcare provider who truly enjoys working with children and supporting their growth. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a clinical setting, where I help children develop communication, learning, and behavioral skills in a positive and structured environment. Through my work, I’ve gained valuable experience helping children stay engaged in activities, build routines, and feel supported emotionally. I understand that every child is unique, and I focus on creating a safe, nurturing, and encouraging space where kids can learn, play, and feel confident. I’m naturally very patient and energetic, and I enjoy activities like reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games that help children stay curious and engaged. My background working with children has also helped me become very organized, attentive, and calm when handling challenges or changes in routine. I am currently Read more pursuing a degree in Psychology, and working with children is something I’m truly passionate about.
