Hi! I currently work with kindergarteners and 1st graders as a teaching assistant in a special education program, and I’m working toward my Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education. I also have a 12-year-old stepson and experience working with children from pre-K through 6th grade. I truly enjoy spending time with kids and believe in approaching childcare with patience, empathy, and consistency. I strive to develop relationships built on trust, connection, and play where children can grow and feel comfortable being themselves. I understand each child and family has unique needs, and I am attentive and flexible to those needs. I’m artistic, athletic (a soccer player, specifically!), and academically oriented, and I love engaging children through creative activities, outdoor play, and homework or learning support when needed. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family and provide safe, supportive, and engaging care for your children.
