Michal has been great. Our previous nanny had been with us for 2 years and we were worried about any transitions and the kids have done such a great job. She is on time everyday, has a great attitude, calm demeanor (which is so good for my energetic kids) and does a great job with both them and keeping the house picked up while I am at work. She also makes it a point to get the kids outside and to do crafts with them regularly. I would definitely recommend her!
