After growing up the eldest of five kids, I started to love childcare. This has brought me to my senior year in undergrad child psychology at the University of Pittsburgh on my journey to becoming a child therapist. Currently, I work as an after-school teacher at Shadyside Academy, giving me experience professionally with monitoring and aiding children. All of my training has helped me learn how to help children with conflicts and big emotions as well as how to get on their level for things like imaginative play. I have slots of time throughout the week to offer my services, whether it be a helping hand, babysitting, homework help, etc.
