Hi, my name is Leah! I am a first-year masters student at URI in Speech and Language Pathology. I completed my bachelors degree at UNH in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I have babysat in the past while in high school, but more recently I have been a camp counselor (2022-2025) for 6-9 year olds and I worked at the Children's Museum of New Hampshire for my last year of undergrad. I am looking to get back into childcare in RI during my masters program. My experience as a counselor and at the Children's Museum have given me skills in patience, creativity, communication, child safety, and much more. I love being outdoors, reading, and playing games (whether it be sports or board games). I hope to work with children in the future as a Speech and Language Pathologist. I think I would be a strong fit as a babysitter, nanny, or Read more daycare teacher as this has been my passion for many years and something I wish to pursue in the future.
