Melissa has babysat for us a couple times now and she's great! Our son really likes her and she's been great about communication and following our schedule. We plan to continue using her services and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, caring babysitter.

I can't believe I didn't write this review for Melissa sooner, since she pretty much ruined it for every other sitter in the world! Now, two years after Melissa was our nanny, we still compare every sitter and childcare provider to her. She raised the bar very, very high! We first hired Melissa when we were prepping our boat in Ft. Lauderdale to move aboard with two little girls (then 2 & 4). We needed an extra pair of hands while we handled critical systems, often in dangerous environments. We insisted on having someone who was CPR-Certified and able to handle the girls on land and at sea. Little did we know that Melissa would often prove to be more capable than we were ourselves. Because of her background in Marine Biology, and her generally pleasant disposition, we asked if she would join us as a live-aboard nanny. It was the best decision we could've ever made! Melissa is delightful, professional, smart, fun, funny, patient and one-of-a-kind. She taught us all so much and enriched our lives in countless ways. Any family that hires her will soon realize they made a fabulous choice!
