Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. I love creating fun, engaging days where children can learn through play, creativity, reading, outdoor activities, and everyday experiences. I enjoy getting to know each child's personality and interests and creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can be themselves. Building a trusting relationship with both children and their families is one of my favorite parts of childcare. What experience do you have? I have professional childcare experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. I have worked as a nanny, operated my own childcare business, and worked as a Lead Teacher in an early childhood classroom. Through these experiences, I have cared for multiple children, supported daily routines, planned age-appropriate activities, prepared meals and snacks, assisted with children's organization and Read more laundry, and communicated with families about their children's needs and development. What skills and training do you have? I am CPR and First Aid certified and have training and hands-on experience in early childhood education and development. I am comfortable with infants and toddlers, diapering, feeding, naps, potty training, children's routines, developmental activities, and managing multiple children. I am organized, dependable, patient, creative, energetic, and comfortable taking initiative. I also enjoy incorporating reading, arts and crafts, sensory activities, music, outdoor play, and educational activities into childcare.
