Hi my names Kat! I have been working with kids now for years. I have worked at daycares, childcare centers and been a personal nanny. Katelyn H. is very friendly, prompt, and provides structure for my children. They enjoy knowing that she is coming and I feel at ease knowing she is there with them. She keeps them on task when needed and allows them fun treats like movie days with popcorn. She establishes her own rewards system to keep the children motivated and well behaved. My older daughters think she is great, too! Katelyn has become a valuable asset to our household and we are happy to have her!
