I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships with children and helping them grow into confident, capable individuals. Throughout my experiences working with youth, I have learned that every child has unique strengths, interests, and ways of seeing the world. I enjoy creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children feel valued, heard, and encouraged to be themselves. Being able to make a positive impact, even in small everyday moments, is incredibly rewarding to me. I recently earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Services from York College of Pennsylvania and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. In addition to my professional experience, I have worked with youth through mentoring programs, school-based services, and community organizations. These opportunities have Read more allowed me to support children with diverse needs, help establish routines, encourage positive behaviors, and build strong relationships with both children and families. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with training in child development, behavior support, communication strategies, positive reinforcement, and creating supportive environments where children can thrive. I am also CPR and First Aid certified and bilingual in both English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with and support a wide range of families. Some of my greatest strengths include patience, empathy, problem-solving, communication, creativity, and the ability to make learning and everyday activities engaging and enjoyable. I bring an energetic, caring, uplifting, and bubbly personality wherever I go, and I strive to create an environment where children feel safe, supported, empowered, and confident in being themselves. As someone who is passionate about youth development, self-determination, and helping children reach their fullest potential, I consider it a privilege to be a trusted part of a child’s growth and development. 💛
