Silvia helped with school pickup and after school care. My kids loved having her care for them. She will go over and beyond with bringing the kids small yet thoughtful gifts. (Easter bags, bubbles, candy, crafts) Unfortunately, our schedules and my families need for a flexible nanny did not align with Silvia and she quit with no notice on a Tuesday during a school week.
