Hello! My name is Erika Citlali Carlson, I am 24 years old and have been a full-time Nanny for the past 5 years. I have had the pleasure to care for four beautiful children ranging in ages of one, four, six and ten and stayed with that family for two years. I worked as an Au Pair for 6months with a 2yr old. Currently I work with a family with 4yr old triplets and a 6year old & I have been with them for the past year in a half. Though they have given me some of the most rewarding experiences of my life- Alas, the kids are no longer in need of full time care so I am looking for morning hours to fill in & possibly a new full-time position! I can organize routines for learning, activity, meals, and sleep. I also do well in understanding different personalities and sensitivities. I am not a chef, but I can read instructions fantastically. Happy to take care of snacks, lunches and meal prep. I am big on organization, cleaning, having the kids help and learn to pick things up and take care of their own messes, and I know how to do laundry too. Really the full package, right? I have given baths and changed diapers and have handled my share of tantrums. I am not fazed by much, maybe a big spider, but no worries I'll be sure to put the youngest up for bait.
