I hired Claren for a full time nanny position while I was on maternity leave to secure childcare for when I returned to work. The day before I was supposed to return onsite to work 5 days she quit 2 hours before the shift via text. She said she had an emergency but it was unclear in her text if she was returning. She left me with no childcare options as I just returned to work. On a positive note, she was great with my daughters and was engaging. She is creative in activities so that the children are not bored.
