I honestly can't recommend Shammael enough. She is such a wonderful person and was an incredible addition to our family. She has the perfect balance of being professional while also being so warm, caring, and easy to have around. She always seemed to know when to give me space as a parent and when to jump in and help, and I appreciated that so much. One of the things that stood out most was her patience. My daughter was going through a really tough phase of stranger danger and separation anxiety, and she handled it with so much kindness and calm. Even on the hard days, she would hold her, play with her, feed her, and comfort her without ever seeming frustrated. It was so reassuring to know my daughter was being cared for with so much love and compassion. She is someone I trust completely. She's not only an amazing nanny, but also just a genuinely thoughtful and kind person. One of the sweetest things she did was crochet a little heart pillow for my daughter, and it's something we'll always treasure. That gesture says so much about who she is. She was always reliable, attentive, and went above and beyond for our family. If we weren't moving, I would have kept her with us for as long as she'd have us. I would recommend her without hesitation and would be more than happy to be a reference for any family thinking about working with her.
