Hi! My name is Adriane, and I’m a recent dental school graduate currently completing a dental residency. I work with children and families every day in a healthcare setting, and caring for kids has always been something I genuinely enjoy and feel confident doing. I’ve been babysitting for families since high school and have experience caring for toddlers and school-aged children. Over the years, I’ve helped with after-school care, evening routines, meals, homework support, playtime, and bedtime. I’ve also worked as a tutor, which has helped me develop patience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with children of different personalities and learning styles. My healthcare background has taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and reassuring, especially in situations where children may feel anxious or overwhelmed. I’m certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), including CPR, and safety is always a top priority for me. Parents often appreciate that I’m responsible, Read more observant, and communicative, while still being warm and approachable with their children. I especially enjoy working with toddlers and older children (I do not provide infant care). I like engaging kids in age-appropriate activities such as reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and structured routines that balance fun and responsibility. I value consistency and clear boundaries while keeping things positive and enjoyable. I’m currently available Fridays and weekends, and I’m looking to support families who need reliable, thoughtful care during those times. Families I’ve worked with describe me as dependable, kind, and trustworthy, and I take pride in being someone both parents and children feel comfortable with.
