Hi! My name is Valeree, I’m 19, and I absolutely love working with children! I’ve been working with children for about a year now. I started as an assistant and have worked my way up to being a teacher at Head Start, where I work with infants through preschool-aged children. My main classroom is toddlers ages 1–3, but I’m comfortable with all age groups, including older kiddos! I’m currently in school double majoring in Child Development and Nursing, so I’m mainly babysitting because I’m looking for something flexible that can help me pay for school while also continuing to do something I genuinely love. I have my Infant-Toddler CDA, am CPR and First Aid certified, and receive monthly trainings through my job on child development, safety, and best practices. I’m also really big on keeping kids engaged! I love coming up with fun activities, singing songs, dancing, playing, and making Read more sure children are having fun while learning. I’m also happy to help with homework and light housekeeping related to the kiddos. I also speak Spanish, so if you’re interested in your child being exposed to or learning some Spanish, I’d be happy to incorporate that into our time together! I’m a very caring, patient, and bubbly person, and I’d love the opportunity to get to know your family and be someone you feel comfortable trusting with your little ones.
