I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Biology and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Biomedical Sciences. During the week, I work as a dental assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field as I prepare to apply to dental school, where I plan to specialize in pediatric dentistry. From 2014 to 2024, my mother owned a dance studio, where I taught competitive dance and led classes for girls ages 5 to 18. This experience sparked my passion for working with children and helped me develop strong communication and leadership skills. I’ve also worked as a summer camp instructor and served as a STEM teacher for underprivileged students in the Atlanta Public Schools system, teaching science-based activities to students needing extra academic support. These roles have helped me become both patient and engaging when working with children.
