Hi! My name is Meadow, and I have several years of hands-on childcare experience through daycare work, nannying, babysitting, and helping raise children within my own family. I currently work in childcare leading a classroom of growing threes, where I focus on creating a safe, structured, loving, and engaging environment for every child in my care. I was also a full-time nanny for almost a year for twin boys, caring for them in their home every single day. During that time, I helped teach them how to walk, talk, communicate, learn routines, and grow through important developmental stages. Being part of those milestones was something incredibly special to me and helped me gain so much experience with patience, consistency, and child development.
