Hello, my name is Martha. I am 24 years old and currently looking for a Full time or part time Job as a babysitter. I have a lot of experience working as a sitter as I’ve been doing this for the past 5 years. Work wise, I have worked for a total of 3 families in the last 5 years, the youngest was 5 months old and the oldest was 13 years old. However, non-work wise I’ve had experience with younger kids since I was young as I am the oldest sister of 3. I have also worked with various age groups, during every summer I volunteer at a summer camp where I work as a counselor and have the responsibility to take care of about 13 kids that are placed in my cabin and are under my care. The ages vary depending on the weeks that I attend, I’ve Read more counseled 7 year olds through 17 year olds. At the church that I attend, I am also one of the Sunday school teachers, I work with the youngest kids ages 4 to 6 and also I am there to give a helping hand to the mothers, I voluntarily help take care of their kids whether they are infants, toddlers or children. I am very fun, entertaining, kind, puntual and very responsible. I make sure that if a family gives me the opportunity to work for them, to do my best to help them and build that bond with the children as much as the parents. I do have my drivers license so transportation will not be a problem. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, I am able to cook small meals for the kids if needed, drive them around to activities if needed, also help with light housekeeping if needed. I have worked with different households and everyone is different in the things that they want me to do as a babysitter, what not to do and I respect that. I have enjoyed working with these different families, getting to know them, bond with them and their kids.
