I'm a recent university graduate with a degree in psychology, and I'm seeking to apply my experience in childcare. I have worked with children in Early Head Start, and currently work with autistic children ages 2-8 as a registered behavior technician. As an RBT, my primary role is to shape behavior through positive reinforcement. I have experience in implementing specified behavior intervention plans for patients, and also have experience with potty training. I am also CPR certified. I love working with children because I enjoy teaching and witnessing their growth. My goal in working with any child is to make a lasting impact on their lives.
