I am passionate about childcare since I was young. Taking care of children is one of my life main goals. I started to babysit when I was 17, from there I worked in daycares and as a nanny. I explored other options and worked in customer service for a while but realized that childcare was my true calling. I have over 10 years of childcare experience specially with newborns, infants and toddlers, excellent references from families I have been a nanny for and the following training: Course on Behavioral Observation and Screening in Child Care. Diana is a wonderful person, start with that. She jumped into a what we thought was a temporary position but took such incredible care of our growing boy, she eventually cared for him for about a year. She was always on time with a smile and calm energy, and our son was eager to play and spend time with her every single day. He is VERY high energy, and Diana was great at keeping him entertained while learning and growing. She made sure that he felt continuity of love and attention even while we were at work. Online posts can feel opaque, and everyone can at times seem the same. But we can absolutely vouch that Diana is truly special - she's above and beyond as a care giver and person. If you have the opportunity to include her in your family even temporarily, you'll immediately see it and feel it in the way she interacts with kids. We are so fortunate to have found her!

Diana is wonderful and very calm, she was quite a pro watching our daughters (one an infant unaccustomed to new people) and made sure they were warmly cared for. We hope to continue working with her in the future.
