My passion for working with children began at home, growing up in a lively family of eleven siblings where I learned early on the value of care, patience, and teamwork. From helping with schoolwork to calming toddlers, these experiences shaped my natural ability to connect with children and foster supportive, engaging environments. Through roles as a babysitter, nanny, Sunday school teacher, and camp counselor, I’ve continued to build on that foundation—creating safe spaces for kids to grow emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Currently working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in memory care, I’ve gained firsthand experience supporting patients with Alzheimer’s and dementia, which has deepened my compassion, strengthened my caregiving skills, and fueled my calling to become a nurse dedicated to making a meaningful impact in both pediatric and adult care
