Hello! I'm Ebby, and I live in the Hingham Shipyard with my husband and golden retriever. I work remotely full-time in marketing for a B2B tech company, but I love kids, so until I have my own, I'm happy to do some babysitting part-time :) I graduated from college one year early in 2018 from College of Charleston with a B.A. in English and have been working full-time in marketing since then. I have babysat for children ages 6 months to 12 years. I have been a morning sitter, after-school sitter, date night sitter, and have even done overnight stays with the kids. I am comfortable helping with homework, doing art projects, playing outside, taking kids to activities, assisting with meal prep, bedtime/wake up routines, playing indoor games/with toys, and helping parents with grocery shopping, etc. I am also comfortable with pets, as I have a dog of my own, Read more and my family consistently had dogs and cats growing up. I have two younger twin siblings, so growing up, I was often responsible for them when my parents were away. I was a camp counselor at the YWCA for two years, where I supervised and entertained kids from ages 5-12. I have 3 years of tutoring experience and have volunteered my time helping 5th-grade students with homework during an after-school program called Project Reach. I worked at a public library for 6 years, and during my time there, I was often staffing the Children's department. I helped at programs, assisted kids with requests, and taught them about the library. I signed up for Sittercity in 2018 because I love spending time with kids and getting to know them. I'm a fun and responsible role model, and it makes me so happy to know I could be having a positive impact on kids' lives. I look forward to meeting you!
