Hi! My name is Rachel, and I’m currently furthering a career in education. My goal is to become a teacher because I’ve always had a passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and succeed. I have several years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My experience includes working in schools, providing private nannying and babysitting services, and supporting families with daily routines, homework, meal preparation, engaging activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. I understand that every child is unique, and I strive to build positive relationships while meeting each family’s individual needs. Your child’s safety is my top priority. I am CPR, First Aid, and American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. I have also completed extensive childcare and safety training, including Basic Health and Safety, Childcare and COVID-19, First Steps in Childcare, Mandated Reporter Training, Bloodborne Pathogens Read more Safety, Youth Behavior Management, Abuse Prevention, Bullying Prevention, Social Media Safety, School Safety, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and several other child protection and supervision courses. I am dependable, patient, energetic, and compassionate.
