Comfortable with pets Has a car Hello, my name is Cassie. I have been working with children for 13+ years. I started out by volunteering at the local elementary school where I lived during high school and volunteered with the kindergarten class. I went to college and obtained child development credits. I have worked in several daycares as a lead infant, toddler and preschool teacher. I was taught how to create a curriculum to help with development through the years. I also volunteer for a camp with children who have heart disease. With volunteering at family, winter and summer camps, I have worked with children 2y-18y. Currently I am a nanny for two school agers helping with distant learning. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified. I have also worked with children in the daycare with food allergies so I know to look for things and avoid the exposure Read more and consumption of those foods. For fun, I like t do crafty activities, I write, and I spend time with my bearded dragon. I am an outdoorsy kind of person so going on adventures is something I would take the kids on either just in the neighborhood for a stroller ride or even a trail. Depending on the age of the children, I will adjust the kind of day that is age appropriate for them! With COVID, I am taking extreme precaution with only going to the store for a very short period of time with only grabbing things I need and leaving. I wear a mask in public as stated with state order along with carrying hand sanitizer when soap and water aren't available. My family around me is extra cautious with COVID as well and keeps me up to date if we have plans to meet up. Anything extra like going to a museum or somewhere in public outside of getting my groceries I have avoided to keep people around me safe.
