Meet Lails

I love being a sitter because kids bring out the best in me. I naturally connect with them and enjoy being someone they can feel safe and happy around. I’ve always been the go-to in my family for watching younger siblings and cousins, and it’s rewarding knowing I’m helping shape their day in a positive way. I’ve spent years caring for family members kids and recently interned at Kids Across America, a Christian camp where I worked with children daily through fun, structured, and faith-based activities. That experience helped me grow as a mentor and taught me how to support kids from all backgrounds. I’m Red Cross CPR certified, patient, dependable, and great at keeping kids engaged. I’ve learned how to handle tough moments calmly, lead group activities, and create a safe, fun environment.
