She started out communicating very well until it came time for an interview to meet at a public place. She wanted to bring her mom and I informed her that was fine, she would just need to do the interview part alone. She ghosted me after that message which is unprofessional. If you change your mind simply communicate that, wish a person well, and move on to the next opportunity.
