I am a professional nanny with many years experience with infants, young children and teens. For many years I was a stay at home mom, but now my children are getting older and independent. I have a joyful home that I share which my husband of 22 years and my son 18 and my daughter 13. I loved being home which my children and aside from my affection for them, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in health and welfare. I am a very responsible loving and conscientious caregiver. I love reading to children and teaching them about the world. Mostly I strive for FUN! I have a special needs child and I have spent many years in specialized therapies. I have developed a very intuitive and sensitive nature in dealing whith my child’s disability. It has been the center of our lives 24/7. I understand the patience and nuance that is required when working and striving for important developmental milestones. I have completed two parent training courses at The Yale child Study Center, New Haven.
