Hello! I am 56 years old and am a retired nurse (BSN) with the bulk of my clinical experience in cardiology and oncology. I have been certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support as well as Basic Life Support and CPR for many years, although it is not current now. I am an animal lover, a lifelong exercise enthusiast and have been active in educational volunteering. I have lived in Coolidge full time since 2019 with my husband and our dogs since leaving our native Colorado. I love the desert hiking and don't miss the snow! I have always been a horse person, we raised Morgan horses in Colorado for many years. Currently I lease a horse in Gilbert and ride twice weekly but don't have the responsibility of ownership. I was a 4 H leader and volunteer for many years as our daughter was growing up. We were involved in Read more the dog obedience and agility projects, horse, pigs and mini steer projects. Since relocating to Coolidge I have done quite a bit of volunteering at the 11 mile shelter and have fostered 4 dogs for them until they were adopted. Another passion of mine is education. I have tutored 3rd graders in reading fluency via an AARP volunteer program here in Coolidge at West Elementary the last few years. I also have been tutoring an adult in GED prep for the science exam through an adult education program in Casa Grande. This has helped me with my Spanish as well as refreshing my high school science! I also value community engagement and have served on my local HOA board for the past 5 years. I am currently president of that organization. I am looking for part time nanny or babysitting during daytime hours.
