Hello, parents! My name is Tia, and I’d love to share a little about myself and my background. Growing up in a large family with younger siblings, I naturally stepped into a caregiving role early on as one of the oldest daughters. I helped care for my younger siblings by preparing fun meals and snacks, assisting with homework, supervising activities, helping with drop-offs, and keeping them engaged through games, movies, crafts, and other fun activities. At 16, I began caring for children professionally, working with ages ranging from newborns to teenagers. Over the years, I’ve learned that every child is unique, which has helped me become patient, adaptable, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. I also love pets and grew up around both dogs and cats, so I’m very comfortable in pet-friendly homes. However, if pet care is needed we can make some arrangements.
