Hello, my name is Kelly and I'm 30. I enjoy being outside, reading and I love to do anything creative! I find that my strengths when working with children are my patience, compassion and kindness. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician at a preschool for special needs children. I’m also in school to earn a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. When I was just 9 months old, my mom started her licensed in-home daycare. Through that experience growing up, I gained a lot of skills and knowledge in childcare and development. I've always loved caring for children as well as helping them to learn and grow! I started babysitting when I was 14 and after graduating at 17, I worked for my mom for 3 years as well as working in various childcare facilities.
