Hello there! Nice to meet you My name is Alayna. I am a 36F and work full time as an RN in an Hematology/Oncology clinic. I have been a nurse for 13 years, and while I have loved it, COVID definitely changed healthcare and I am ready to take a step back. I am up to date on vaccinations, and have received my COVID vaccinations. I am also CPR certified that covers both adults and children/infants. I have previous experience watching children and infants, and was a night nanny for twin infant boys. I am comfortable handing sick children, and can give medications if needed. I enjoy being outside, doing arts and crafts and limiting screen time for children (however I absolutely follow the direction of the parents). I'm also pretty decent at being silly and am pretty sure I'm still a kid at heart. I'm looking for a full Read more time position beginning in June. Id like to join a family and develop a relationship with not only the children, but also the parents. I know it takes time getting children to trust a new person, so ideally I would like something long term, so we don't have to rush fostering a trusting relationship. I can jump in and assist with household items in addition to keeping the little humans safe and happy. I drive an SUV and have a clean driving record along with a valid drivers license and car insurance. I am also a non smoker.
