Hi there! My name is Raylene. Thank you so much for taking the time to learn a little about me. Caring for children has always come naturally to me, and over the past five years, it’s grown into something I feel deeply passionate about. While in high school, I had the opportunity to work as a teacher’s assistant for children with special needs. It was there I learned just how powerful patience, empathy, and a gentle heart can be. After graduating, I became a program leader for an after-school program, supporting children of all ages and from many different backgrounds. For the past three years, I’ve also worked as a registered behavior therapist, a role that has taught me so much about connection, communication, and truly seeing each child for who they are. I’m CPR-certified, dependable, and happy to help with light housework, meals, or transportation.
