Hi! My name is Bailey, and I’m a dedicated and nurturing caregiver for children ages 3–11. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW), with a strong passion for supporting children’s emotional, social, and academic development. I have several years of hands-on childcare experience through assisting my mother, who provided childcare for over 10 years. Through this experience, I’ve developed strong, real-world skills in caring for children of various ages, managing daily routines, and creating a safe, structured, and positive environment. My background in psychology allows me to better understand children’s behavior, support emotional regulation, and encourage positive development. I enjoy engaging children in creative activities, helping with homework, and teaching important skills like communication and conflict resolution, while making sure they feel confident and comfortable. I am BLS (Basic Life Support) certified, patient, and attentive to each child’s unique Read more needs, with safety always being my top priority. I am available from Friday evenings (6 PM) through Sunday nights (until 11 PM) and would love the opportunity to support your family with dependable, caring, and engaging childcare.
