Ever since I was a little girl I was always in charge of looking after the younger ones. I don't see looking after kids as a job, I look at it as an opportunity to have a connection with them. I sometimes do find it challenging now and then but I like the challenge. The largest I have ever cared for would be about 5 kids and when I do have a large group or if the child wants to play outside, I would bring them to the park with the parent's decision. In my household respect is very important so I strive to always respect the wishes of the individuals no matter how old or young.
